Johnson v. Texas

The issue in this case was whether there was sufficient evidence to affirm the jury’s deadly-weapon finding elevating robbery to aggravated robbery. Because the Court of Criminal Appeals concluded that there was and that the court of appeals erred to hold otherwise, it reversed the lower court’s judgment and remanded this case for consideration of Appellant’s remaining points of error.
